Privacy Policy – Beat Ball Runner

This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Game Creations ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game Beat Ball Runner (the "App"), available on Google Play (package name: com.dreamgamecreations.beatballrunner). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts. The App does not access your photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

Some information is collected automatically by the third-party services used in the App:

• Device and app information – device model, operating system version, language, app version and approximate region (derived from IP address).
• Identifiers – the Android Advertising ID and the Firebase app instance ID.
• Usage information – for example game sessions, songs played, difficulty chosen, levels completed and ads shown or clicked.
• Diagnostics – basic technical information that helps keep the services working.

Game progress (unlocked songs, unlocked worlds, settings and high scores) is stored only locally on your device.

2. How we use information

• To run the game and deliver game settings (for example which ads are enabled) from our server.
• To show advertisements that keep the App free.
• To understand how players use the App, fix problems and improve gameplay.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including invalid ad traffic.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising) – Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services
• Google Analytics for Firebase (app analytics) – Firebase Privacy and Security
• Firebase Realtime Database – used only to read game configuration. We do not store your personal information in it.
• Google Play Services / Google Play – app distribution. If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details.

4. Advertising and your choices

The App shows ads from Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads (for example to unlock a world). Ads may be personalized based on your Advertising ID if you allow it.

• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): where required by law, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy button in the App's menu (shown where required).
• Opt out of personalized ads: on Android go to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) and delete or reset your Advertising ID, or turn off ads personalization.
• US state privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You can do this using the options above or by contacting us.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, to provide advertising, analytics and game configuration, or when required by law.

7. Data retention and deletion

• Game progress stays on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data deletes it.
• Analytics data is kept by Google for a limited period according to our Firebase settings and Google's policies, and is then deleted automatically.
• You can ask us to delete data associated with your app instance by emailing us at the address below. Please include the date you installed the App and your device model.

8. Security

Data sent between the App and Google/Firebase services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR or Indian and US privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please review this page periodically.
